Privacy

This page explains how Uplink Marketing handles information submitted through this website.

What we collect

We collect what you type into our application form: your name, work email, company, website, role and decision authority, industry, your monthly marketing spend and optional breakdown, the tools you use, the tasks you need help with, your bottleneck and 90-day goal, timing, which service option fits, your time zone, any notes, and your consent choices.

We also record technical context with your submission: the page you applied from, the page that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you clicked, and the time you submitted. Our hosting provider processes your network address to deliver the page and to limit abuse.

We do not ask for logins, passwords, payment details, or your customer or patient data.

How we use it

We use your application to decide whether a fit call makes sense, and to prepare for that conversation. Your answers first produce a preliminary automated summary, followed by AI-assisted review. Uplink uses Astra and other AI-assisted tools to review applications and prepare a proposed plan. Evan handles questions that need his decision. Applications are reviewed before scheduling.

If you checked the optional marketing box, we may also send you occasional emails. You can tell us to stop at any time.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Applications are stored in our private database, hosted by our cloud provider. They are not publicly readable and are not exposed by any public page or link. Access is limited to Uplink’s server-side application code, authorized Uplink operators, and the AI service providers used to process your application.

We use ordinary service providers to run the site, the database, and our email. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We retain applications while needed to assess your inquiry or support our business relationship. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion.

Your choices
